    Went through the car wash yesterday evening (9/6/2017) The employee was friendly when purchasing the wash. Didn't have time to do a full detailing so I opted for the $10 wash and polish option. Needless to say I am disappointed at the uneven splatter residue left on my car which I assume is the polish that will not come off even after wiping it myself but some of my paint came off the cloth instead. I paid for a simple basic wash, not for damage to my exterior paint. I've been to cheaper Gas station drive through washes that clean better than this place. Carmel Car Wash does one job and one job only which is to wash vehicles clean and it can't even get that right.
    I should have read the reviews first and do not recommend this place to anyone who values their vehicle.
