    I went with my daughter to Guild Mortgage in Rockwall. She was purchasing her first home. I do not have a high standard for realtors or for anyone involved in the mortgage industry, but this was without doubt the worst experience I have ever had. I found the staff unorganized, rude, and ineffective at accomplishing anything (other than wasting time). The manager Crystal was worse, and some of what she told my daughter was totally incorrect. They really wanted to do her mortgage, but we went with another mortgage company that wasn't as hard to work with or as incompetent.
