  very slow and ill informed workers. not enough room to accommodate the many people requiring their services so they ask if you cannot find a seat that you wait outside in the 105 degree heat for the longer than an hour wait they put you through. there were more people outside than inside. their instructions say first go to station one and fill out a form then go to station 2. station 2 instructions say take a a ticket and go to station 1. there is a sign on the wall that says in some instances proof of social security is required but they do not indicate in what instances and will not answer the question until its your turn. so, a one hour wait to find out you must go home and come back tomorrow to wait another hour.
