    This is a great salon. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that they're often super busy, so unless you have an appointment, be prepared to wait. And as far as the previous customer saying they were "making fun" of her in "their language", I think that's more of a cultural difference. Sure, the employees communicate with one another in their own language, but I've never experience feeling like anyone has ever made fun of me!
